Netanyahu says Hamas is under "atomic pressure"

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said on Monday that Hamas is under “atomic pressure” after his visit to the Israel Defense Forces division of Gaza, reiterating his commitment to defeating Hamas and freeing all hostages.

Benjamin Netanyahu, speaking to the nation, said:

"Today I visited the Gaza Division. There I met with senior IDF officials. I would like to say three things to you, citizens of Israel: first, I expressed, on your behalf, on behalf of the Government of Israel, and on my own behalf, enormous appreciation for the IDF's great achievements in the War of Rebirth, the War on Seven Fronts. Second, I was impressed by their fighting spirit and determination to complete the defeat of Hamas and the release of all our hostages. Third, I spoke with the Defense Minister and the Chief of Staff about our plans for Gaza City and the completion of our missions. And like you, I listen to media reports, from which one can glean the impression: Hamas is under atomic pressure."
